The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the North Yorkshire countryside. The kids loved playing by the stream and exploring the nearby village. The cottage itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for the family. We also appreciated the ample supply of firewood provided by the caretaker, which made the evenings cozy and warm. it was a wonderful experience for our family.
For families with children, it would be great to have more information about nearby kid-friendly activities and attractions.

The cottage was so cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family like ours. The two bathrooms were a real lifesaver, especially with the kids. And the fact that they had showers and washing machines was just brilliant. It made our stay so much easier and convenient.
The free toiletries provided in the bathrooms had a strong scent, which I personally didn't like. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

Lovely cottage in a gorgeous location with circular walks nearby. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the cottage had a cosy feel with an open fire. The garden was also lovely and would be great for a barbecue in the summer.
The single beds were only suitable for children or very lightweight adults. We also couldn't find a tin opener, which was a bit inconvenient.
